High-temperature muffle furnace testing to verify inorganic mineral filler content in reprocessed or compounded pellets.
Carbon Black Dispersion Analysis
Confirms 2.0% - 2.5% uniform carbon black dispersion in supplied PE-100 / PE-80 pipe grades.
Moisture & Volatile Analysis
Checks residual moisture levels in incoming polymer lots before warehousing and supply.
